What Helio stores
- Your wallet address and the dates of your sign-ins: to identify you and manage your access.
- Your public on-chain data (Meteora transactions and positions): to compute your PNL and statistics.
- Your RPC, if you provide one: kept to query the blockchain on your behalf, never shown to other users.
- Your Telegram ID, if you turn on Monitor alerts.
- Your payments (on-chain USDC transactions) and your subscription tier.
- Technical logs (IP address, pages requested, errors), for security and rate limiting, kept for at most 30 days.
Helio does not collect your name, e-mail, seed phrase or private key.
Cookies
A single cookie, required for sign-in (session, 30 days). No advertising cookies, no third-party audience measurement.
Sharing
No data is sold. Helio relies on technical providers: the server host [name, country], blockchain data providers (Helius, Meteora, Jupiter, LP Agent, GMGN) that receive public addresses to analyse, Anthropic for AI explanations (public market data only), and Telegram if you turn on alerts.
Retention
As long as your access exists, then 12 months after your last sign-in, except where the law requires otherwise (payments). On-chain data stays public on the blockchain, outside Helio.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction or its deletion at [e-mail address]. You can also contact your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL: cnil.fr).
